I would do it again. I have another session for both the back-door action and the foot bath. I would say that it "definitely got the traffic moving" so to speak.

I felt a bit tired after, but I think that was to be expected. I'm 100% convinced the color came from - and the water had a rather sludgy texture as well.

The ionic foot bath is something I've heard of too, but I'm unconvinced of it's benefit. So you observed the water actually changing colour, and doubt that this came from anywhere except you? I wonder if you did feel discernable benefit from these two treatments, if it would be the same from only one or the other. I guess there is no way to know this unless one of us tries only one of them at a time. Loving reading about your health adventures.

I'm curious if the colon hydrotherapy is something that you would do again. Was it "worth it"; does the *ahem* end result warrant it? It is something I've again considered trying recently, but haven't yet.

I plan to. I am hoping that seeing the Endocrinologist in May will be of some assistance as well. Thank you for your comment.

I suggest calling the neurologist and asking to be put on his or her cancellation list. It's definitely frustrating how long it can take to get in to see a specialist!
